(“Archie”, “we” or “our”) services, including but not limited to providing you access to the Archie’s website at witharchie.com (the “Website”) and the Archie tech platform and any other product or service to which we apply this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”), and details how we collect, use, and disclose data, including personal data about you and your business (together, “you” or “your”).

BY CLICKING “I AGREE” OR SIMILAR CONFIRMATION, BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON THE SERVICE OR BY USING THE SERVICE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE PRIVACY POLICY.

IF YOU ARE USING THE SERVICE ON BEHALF OF AN ORGANIZATION, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE ORGANIZATION TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND ARE AGREEING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY FOR THAT ORGANIZATION.  WHERE YOU ARE USING THE SERVICE ON BEHALF OF AN ORGANIZATION, “YOU” AND “YOUR” REFERS TO THE ORGANIZATION.

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Archie is a tech platform that allows businesses (each a “Business”) to seamlessly onboard, manage and pay freelancers (each a “Professional”) on flexible terms. Archie’s platform streamlines payments/tax document collection, simplifies payouts & taxes and saves time on reconciliation with a built-in embedded financing solution that allows flexible payment terms for a fee.

1. HOW WE OBTAIN PERSONAL DATA

The Service requires the collection and processing of your personal data, which is information about you or that identifies you. Subject to legal, contractual and technical requirements, you may choose not to provide Archie with certain data or request the deletion of certain data, which may impact the essential operation of the Service.

1. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

We collect certain personal data when you begin using the Service. The following is a description of the personal data that we may collect, use and process in connection with the foregoing:

• your full name, physical address, date of birth, email address and password;
• financial information, including bank account information, payment terms and invoice line items;
• tax information such as W9 or W8-BEN information, tax classification, SSN/EIN, address and signature;
• derivative data, including your country location, browser type, operating system, access times, and page history;
• payment information, which is collected and processed solely by third-parties (such as Plaid) and to which Archie does not have access; and
• answers to feedback surveys, rating/comment requests, questionnaires and inquiry emails.

1. PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data for our legitimate business purposes.  These uses include but are not limited to:

• providing the Service to you, including tailoring the Service to your business needs based on the data that you provide to Archie;
